We do our best to keep this website updated with the current availability. However, sometimes we sell out of an item on the day that you place your order. For this reason, Spoiled Chiens cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Once we receive your order, we will notify you via email if you have ordered an item that is not currently available. Please accept our deepest apologies in advance if this should happen. How do I know when my order has shipped? TOP You will receive a shipping notice through e-mail once your order has shipped along with tracking information.
When will I get my order? TOP
Depending on the order load, item availability, and incoming shipment delays, items can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks from when items are ordered. We will do our best to get all items out in a timely manner. Some orders may have a longer delivery time due to popularity, backorders from our suppliers, poor weather conditions, and products arriving from our suppliers from overseas. Backordered items are shipped as soon as available. How do I know what size is right for my pet? TOP Every item has a size chart in the description since every manufacturer's size charts run differently.We suggest that you measure your pet carefully and buy our clothing and collars according to your dog's measurements rather than size. Will my personal information be distribute or sold? TOP
Absolutely not. Your privacy is highly important to us. We will not distribute or sell your personal information in any way. Do you have a gift registry? TOP Yes, we do! We offer gift registries for all you pups celebrating a birthday or special occasion! Sign up, add items you want to add to registries and give your guests this website. Merchandise bought from Spoiled Chiens is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a item, email me at kathleen@spoiledchiens.com within 10 days for an exchange of the purchase price. However, the exchange will not include the shipping and handling costs.
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item

When shipping to any country outside the US order may require additional shipping charges. We will review the order and calculate shipping cost. If the charges are higher we will notify you and request your approval BEFORE we ship your order. Orders are usually ship with the USPS or UPS. Delivery times depending on the location. SALES TAX TOP Any Items that are shipped to Texas will be charged the current Texas State sales tax rate. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Texas.
